Ice Cream Depot machines may be returned within 12 days from the date of purchase, if, unopened and in their original packaging. If 12 days has elapsed since your purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange unless the machine is defective. Please note that all returns resulting in refund, unless the machine is determined to be defective, will have the cost of return shipping deducted from the refund amount. Mixes can not be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
Refunds (if applicable)
All returned machines will go through a mandatory inspection by our engineer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to update the status of your return and the approval or rejection of your refund. If the machine is determined to be defective, we will issue a refund for 100% of the purchase price unless your claim is outside the 12 day return period. If the machine is deemed defective beyond the 12 day period, we will issue a refund of 75% of the purchase price of the machine.
If the machine is opened and returned for any other reason there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
If purchaser damages the machine or causes damage not reported when opening carton, no refund will be issued.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, first, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you decided to return or exchange a machine, email us at email@example.com first. We will arrange for pick-up at your location with our preferred shipper. By refusing delivery by the shipper as a method of return the customer voids their right to a refund and/or exchange. The refund process must operate as detailed in our policy.
If your product is deemed defective, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs. If you are returning the product for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
