Ice Cream Depot machines may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. If 30 days has elapsed since your purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange unless the machine is defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to update the status of your return and the approval or rejection of your refund. If the machine is determined to be defective, we will issue a refund for 100% of the purchase price unless your claim is outside the 30 day return period. If the machine is deemed defective beyond the 30 day period, we will issue a refund of 75% of the purchase price of the machine. If purchaser damages machine or causes damage not reported when opening carton, no refund will be issued.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you've yet to receive your refund, first, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Contact us to have a return label generated for the product you wish to return. If your product is deemed defective, we will not deduct shipping costs from your refund. If you are returning the product for any other reason, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
