Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Ice Cream Depot, email us at orders@icecreamdepot.com or call (855) 666-1555 to discuss your issue. You may return your machine(s) to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling charges or processing fees). In some cases, a restocking fee will be deducted from the return. 

Defective Machines

If it has been less than 30 days since your purchase and we conclude that your product may be defective, we will send you a pre-paid label so you can return the product back to our testing warehouse. When we receive your machine and confirm it’s defective, we will either issue out a replacement machine or refund your money.

If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we conclude that your product may be defective, and it is within 1 year from the purchase date, your machine is still covered under the product warranty.

If the machine has been tampered with or misused in any way we reserve the right to refuse your refund.

Change of Mind

If it has been less than 30 days since your purchase, email us at orders@icecreamdepot.com or call (855) 666-1555 to discuss your issue.

  • If the machine has remained unused and unopened from the original, we will refund your money, minus the original shipping cost.
  • If the machine has been used, we will refund your money, minus the original shipping cost and deduct a 50% restocking fee.

If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot accept your return or issue a refund.

Mixes are non-refundable.
